Over the moon! From first contact with Lisa to the onsite plumbing work today from Tyrone, our entire experience with Proline Plumbing was terrific. Both of them were so helpful and caring! After having problems with the first company our homeowner's insurance carrier hired, we were thrilled with the service we received from their replacement and now know who to contact should we ever need plumbing work in the future. We certainly will recommend Proline to all our family, friends, and anyone who will sit still long enoug... read more

This is a review for one person, not the entire company. A plumber named Tyrone deserves a little tribute for his efficient work and great attitude. We've had other plumbers come from this company who--simply put--didn't do the job and couldn't conclusively explain what was going on. Tyrone explained it concisely, fixed it quickly and had a great attitude the entire time.

Tyrone (the tech) arrived promptly to my tenants's house, was super professional, assessed the water heater and replaced it with a new one all within an hour or so. Also I like their app that shows how near he is when he is headed to the house. I would definitely call them again, ProLine exceeded my expectations and made my problem go away!

We were really impressed with Proline's service on the day of our water disaster. They were speedy, and took care of the issue quickly, with great care and communication. Additionally, I liked to be able to track how far they were from my house from the time of my request to arrival. Cool! Excellent customer service and work all around. We will use Proline again (though, hopefully we won't have another disaster!)!

Had a water heater go out and flood our garage. Called our warranty company who contacted two contractors who could come out for four days. They finally got ahold of Proline and they were able to get out the next day. The dispatch lady told us a 4 hour window of arrival time. They arrived only 30 mins in to that window. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater in just over an hour. Tony was straight to the point of what was needed and any expected costs. We had hot water before 2pm and they showed up at 11:30am. ... read more

Pros: These guys came quickly and completed a big job very fast. Their project manager was professional and friendly. I had a harder time communicating with the guys on the job because their English was more limited. We were responding to emergency plumbing for waterlines to an upper bathroom and a leaking toilet drain, so we didn't get multiple bids. Cons: The amount seemed like it was a little high, and they didn't put plastic or paper down on the wood floor where they were doing work. Things could have been kept more cl... read more

I was charged nearly $2,000 in labor for only an hour and fifteen minutes of work, in addition to the $279 emergency service and diagnostic fee. At no point was I given a clear breakdown of costs, and I was led to believe that most of the expense was for an expensive part -- which I later discovered costs under $500. I was misled and taken advantage of. I understand that emergency services come at a premium, but this pricing feels excessive and predatory. I filled out a review directly to Proline with a promise to be contac... read more

Business response:

Hi Jane, I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Yes, we were called for an emergency after hours call because your were experiencing a sewage backup into the basement tub of a tenant space. After diagnostic, we determined that your sewage ejection grinder pump had failed. The cost of the service included labor, material, full replacement and our one year warranty which covers parts and labor. We were out within a few hours of your call and had all necessary material on the truck to speed up the repair. Please reach out i... read more

The customer service people were good. Once we got beyond that it was downhill. The project managers quoted us different amounts on different days The plumber left our house a mess. They didn't help with the city certification at all. not hire unless your are in a lurch. They want your money and will take you for more than their work is worth. Unpleasant, unprofessional and unkind!

Business response:

Sarah I am so sorry you feel this way. We did replace the water service to your home. Unfortunately, in older homes, the electrical system used to be grounded to the water pipes. When a new water service is run, alternate electrical grounding must be installed. An electrician must perform this work. We pulled the proper plumbing permit and scheduled the inspection to fit your schedule, but no one answered the door and the inspector did not have the access needed. The city requires a photo of the new electrical groundin... read more
