We had a great first time experience with Puyallup Heating & AC. Our salesman Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. We choose to replace our furnace and add a heat pump for cooling. The 4 person crew that did our install was efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. A couple months later and into the summer and we are very pleased with our purchase.
Jason, Sean, and the entire team were outstanding. They were very honest and transparent about my furnace situation, especially compared to my previous experience with another company. I truly appreciated the clear communication and integrity they showed throughout the process. Their professionalism made me feel safe, comfortable, and confident in the work being done. Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning is fantastic! You can’t go wrong with them! My old furnace finally quit working and after a simple phone call and talking with there estimator Eric, they scheduled me right in for a replacement. Jason was extremely knowledgeable- knew exactly what the problem was with our AC unit & fixed it quickly. He was very pleasant & had great advice on how to enable our AC to avoid power outages. Puyallup Heating & air are the right people to contact if there are problems with your furnace or AC or you need new units. Have used them for several years.
James and Troy came by to replace our furnace this morning and saved us during the cold spell. Both of them were highly professional and knowledgeable about what we needed. They paid particular attention to detail in all the supporting components and really just did a fantastic job. They also were very cool with our dogs being in the house while they worked! Highly recommend this company, very fast turnaround, friendly and on time and they clearly hire the right people!
