I have had the absolute pleasure of using this company twice now. Once last December when my furnace stopped working and again today when it wouldn't stay on long enough to heat the house. Anthony M showed up on time and ready to get to work. He was patient with me (and my cat who was very extremely curious) and he didn't mind that I hung out while he worked so I could understand more about my furnace system. Had a wonderful experience with tech Anthony M. He was professional, efficient, and still made sure I had all my questions answered. He also provided me with explanations for possible problem areas that were fixed. Also, the estimated cost was reasonable, and my total was less than expected! I will definitely use Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning again!

We've used this company for regular gas furnace inspections and maintenance for several years. They exclusively carry Carrier equipment. This winter the furnace shut down on literally the coldest day of the year. Puyallup Heating and Air quickly came out diagnosed the problem and fast tracked installing a replacement furnace. They saved us some money by downsizing the furnace to a more appropriate BTU size. Installation day went smoothly and techs had support from supervisors over the phone. No problems with permits. Had an unfortunate issue when my furnace failed after 19 years - a good run IMO - and needed to replace. I called a few local HVAC companies and scheduled estimates as well as requested referrals from some colleagues. Puyallup Heating and A/C was one of the referrals and I can see why! Every time Jason Flynn services our heat pump system he has exemplified both professionalism and excellent customer service. He is a hard worker with deep knowledge and expertise in the home heating and air conditioning service industry. His pleasant and courteous demeanor with every visit has not gone unnoticed. I enthusiastically recommend him for any of your heating and cooling needs. Although Patrick who accompanied Jason's on his latest visit in a support role was new to me, he was professional and courteous as well.
They did a great job installing my heat pump and furnace. Then, when we had trouble with it several months later, due to a tripped outlet, not due to anything with the system, they came out, got it back up and running and were super nice and efficient. They came out immediately when I got in touch. I strongly recommend.
My AC wasn't getting as cool as it should. I called on the weekend and Anthon y was out on Monday. Super friendly and polite. He checked everything out and now it is cooling my house so well. So reasonably priced. I highly recommend them at anytime.
Outstanding customer service always professional I would recommend this company to anybody
I was recently presented the opportunity to use Puyallup heating and air-conditioning. Their service department was great and their field technician was even better. They got my heater up and running on the same day I called at a very minimal service and parts charge. You can expect great service.
