Very happy with this company and highly recommend. Katie who handles service calls was super friendly and got a technician to us in a reasonable amount of time. We have an older Carrier furnace and didn't want to have to replace it. We had two different technicians come out, and they were both knowledgeable, friendly, and very polite. This review is based on simply getting a quote for an HVAC system. Shane came out to give me a quote for a new furnace. He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and super helpful. He explained my options clearly and concisely. He gave me a recommendation based on our situation and what would work best for us. Solid company!! I have been using these guys for over 11 years, in two homes and I have never had an issue with their work, on-time and extremely professional. I did a large remodel on my first home and they needed to add ducts, heat-pump and furnace. The house was only equipped with cadet-heaters and the job was massive (8 days). Today I have my HVAC installed by Michael and Jerry who did an awesome job who are funny and did an excellent job and Brian Egan who gave me an estimate that no one else can beat who went above and beyond my expectations and did an excellent job. We had a new air conditioner installed yesterday and were very impressed with the excellent work and effort the crew provided. Very pleased with Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning! Had a gas furnace and heat pump installed by them last September. From the initial phone call through the sales process then installation and final follow-up they did a great job! They were recommended by friends and we would recommend them to others.
So this place hands down is the best priced place you will find. They put in a unit in my living room 12k and a hidden ducted unit supplying 3 rooms in my attic a 12k unit. My house is about 1400 sq ft. Just to give you an idea of my install. They were cheaper by a significant portion over some very good and experienced hvac installers, not even close. The guys were Great! They came out and installed a new ac system back in March and finally with this awesome weather this weekend I finally was able to give my new system a work out. They were totally professional, friendly and informative every step of they way. System was installed in about 5 hours all neat and tidy.
