Would have loved to experience the great customer service other users have received from Puyallup Heating and Air. Unfortunately, after rescheduling my estimate appointment for an AC install from a weekday to a Saturday because their estimator was ill, he was a no show, no call. I attempted to call them myself to find out if anyone was coming but their offices were closed for the weekend. Never heard from them again. Oh well, took my thousands of dollars elsewhere.

I called this company to get a quote. I was directed to Brian who was very nice and scheduled an appointment with my husband because I was going to be away on business. The day of the appointment Brian called to cancel due to a personal emergency. No problem. When I returned I phoned them again to reschedule. The date was set and the appointment came and went with no phone call as to why the no show. Wow, only 3 reviews, and all positive...Hmm (friends, employees, family?) Anyway, my grandmother was told she needed a new heating/AC unit after a service call. She was told they would have to keep coming out to repair her old one if it wasn't replaced, so we had her get a new one, what did we know... Here we are approximately 5 years after a new unit, and the AC goes out. Stay far away from this unethical business! We have a rental home in Puyallup, we live in Az. We asked PHAC to check on the heat pump they installed as it was not working. We asked for an estimate. They went out and made repairs to the unit without giving us a price. They then billed the management Co. almost $1000. We didn't know anything about it. The business owner, Henson Smith said there was nothing he could do. He said as long as our unsuspecting renter had signed the repair order, he didn't need our authorization.

I was extremely disappointed by the service and sale of my new heating unit and tankless hot water heater. The sales person was very slick and over promised and under delivered. I spent 4,000 more on the units compiled then what they where MSRP'd for. Puyallup Heatings follow up is the worst I have ever experienced it took them 5 months to trouble shoot all of our issues with our systems.
