I contacted Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning for an emergency repair on my mother's heating system. The system was off and her home was below 50 degrees. Kattie told me she had a technician just finishing a job and she would send him to my mom's house next. Within 1 hour, Daniel Kelly arrived. And within an hour of arriving Daniel was able to find the problem and repair the heat pump. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Thanks Kattie and Daniel. Mark T

A/C stopped working on a hot day. They set up appt for the next day. Appt range 11-1 and they showed a bit before 1. Jason and (I think) Jacob were both super friendly and professional. Diagnosed and repaired under 30 mins. Overall prices may not be the cheapest, but responding the very next day with obviously very knowledgeable and professional technicians has definite value in today's world. The fact that they showed on time and were friendly and polite is icing on the cake. I definitely recommend this business.

We had Mark come out to our home today with our first tiny concern after they installed a new furnace and a/c for us! Mark took care of the issue immediately, Mark explained everything to us! Erik came out to do an estimate. I had mistakenly cancelled our service appointment thinking it was this one. He kindly set me straight and agreed to help schedule a technician to come out, then discussed the estimate options with me in case a repair would work. Sincerely appreciate the kindness. On time and very clear about how far out service would be, parts, and the most cost effective way to get what we needed.

We woke up to a cold house this morning. After calling another company that replied with a service date of March 10th, I called Puyallup Heating. Puyallup heating had a tech at our house by 12:30pm. Outstanding response. Anthony was the HVAC tech that arrived after a convenient text message advising me of arrival. We were so impressed by Puyallup Heating. We had a really bad experience with a Eastside furnace company and we're apprehensive about finding a good furnace repair in the South end for our rental. We did have to make a extra effort to arrange a consultation but we are so happy with the professional, prompt, installation of a replacement gas furnace. This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed. I called this morning because our furnace was not working, they squeezed me in and had it fixed by 12:30. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again!
