Gary from Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning has been to our house twice and both times was courteous and professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He taught me basic maintenance things that I could do myself like how to clean our furnace filters and how to clean the coils on our AC unit. He showed me how to set our thermostat to the most efficient settings. He never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, although I didn't have to ask many questions because he expl... read more
It's never fun when you have to call for heating or AC repairs. But if you need them just as we did on the coldest weeks in November 2014 and the hottest ever July they will be there quickly, very reasonably priced and extremely professional service. Gary seems to be our personal technician who we just adore. Very knowledgeable and gets the job done quick. Thank you for keeping us warm in the winter and even more so during this crazy heat wave getting us cool again.
I highly recommend Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning. My heat pump was making a horribly loud noise so I shut it off in May just knowing it was going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix/replace it. My neighbors were told they needed a new heat pump and it was a whole lot of money so I waited. Now with Fall upon us, I decided to call Puyallup Heating and have them come out and was pleasantly surprised. I did have parts replaced and was surprised when it was less than $1,000 for several parts and they are coming bac... read more
AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I was out of town so everyone including the dogs/cats were in misery. Called Puyallup Heating & AC knowing it would take a few days to get it looked at. Receptionist was polite and told me she could get someone out in the next hour. Really? Jason showed was on top of the issue in minutes. Replaced the capacitor, checked out the system and Bingo AC was flowing. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Local, what else could you ask for !!
I made an appointment to have a yearly service done on my heat pump. Jason, the technician came out and did an outstanding job! I observed his work, he was very informative explaining what needed to be done and why. I will use Puyallup Heating & Conditioning again!
Excellent service....I highly recommend Gary. He was very professional, honest and has a great sense of humor. I'm probably one of the biggest skeptics when it comes to professional services. Working in the IT field, I know how easy it can be to overcharge those less knowledgeable. Gary and I discussed the many scams and 60 minutes episodes of HVAC techs overcharging customers more than what was required to resolve the issue. What impressed me the most about Gary (besides his integrity) is his willingness to show me and ed... read more
Puyallup and heating came quickly to my Puget Sound home, thier guy was very careful of my house. He always took his shoes off and never griped even though he was in and out a few times. He didn't leave a mess, he was careful not to leave finger prints on my walls. I can't say if he did a good job or not since I am not a pro but my heater works again. They are not the cheapest around or the most exp but they did the job well and most importantly is they were careful inside my house.
My heater has been broken for quite some time but we finally decided to call someone. I called around to several different places with some telling me I'd probably have to replace my whole unit costing between $1200-$1600, Puyallup Heating didn't say that so we went with them. They sent out Jason who was quick, honest and explained everything very clearly. I paid less than $200 to have it fixed :)
Trust is hard to come by in the Heating and Air Business. I've been jacked many times, and I can say that Puyallup is not that kind of company. I had central air added to a 2750 square foot home and the job was done with care and precision. That was 2 years ago and it came with a free follow up. They called me last week and I said come on down and I need my furnace tuned for the winter, they did both for free. Now how can you beat that? Be nice to them and they'll provide top rate service. Much better than Washington ... read more
