Customer service was excellent
Thomas, the technician who performed the estimate, was thorough and explained the repair process. The day work began, he called to tell me there would be additional work required and gave me the revised estimate. I did have to call back a couple of times to check on progress, when I was told they would call me, but when the work was finished they were prompt to call me. The checkout process was efficient.
