I took my 2010 Acadia in because the check enging light was on. I was first told it would cost 100.00 for the diagnostic test. The next thing I hear is that now it is going to cost 200.00 for the test. When Mario calls me back, he proceeds to tell me that my automobile needs $6000.00 worth of repairs. I am a woman, so I questioned him further. He finally told me that I would not have to do 4000.00 of it right away. I took my friend's dad with me to talk to Mario about my car. My dad's friend talked me into getting a s... read more

The dealership is a joke. Sent the new truck I bought to get detailed. Came back with one door scratched through the paint and another dented. With a little bit of touch up paint on it. WTF! Sent it in to get painted. Did not paint it properly so had to be painted a second time. Now the doors do not aline properly. All this because they first tried to cover up damage and when they got caught they didn't even fix it properly. This place is a joke!

The service department at Quality is definitely anything but quality. Wait times are ridiculous for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately when we bought the car we bought a service package so we don't want to waste our money and take it somewhere else. Our last change took over three hours. The change today took an hour and a half because they decided to do a change on their friend's, who came in after us, car first. No they didn't have an appointment. For warranty work we go to Petri which has an awesome ... read more

Purchased our Tacoma on 3/25/18 with sales rep Miquel, very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, after the sale was a different story, within an hour we noticed no jack and no owners manual we called him immediately and he said come by the lot. So on 3/27/18 with full payment of vehicle in hand I went to the dealership on Lomas, I called his cell and he said he was doing an off lot vehicle purchase to come back in an hour which I did.
