Went online bashing one of my customers. I sent a message to refrain from making negative comments, he told me to go f myself and then went and gave my Google page a 1 star with a made up review immediately after. Incredibly unprofessional.

I have had the RainSoft equipment for about 1.5 years and it is no longer working. The product is complete trash. Do not buy a RainSoft system! They are overpriced and ineffective. Their customer service does not want to offer any assistance or support to rectify the issue without charging you more money. Might I also add, that our salesperson was extremely pushy and arrogant. DO.NOT.BUY.RAINSOFT.
Chris was nice and then he became very aggressive. If you're wanting a customer to purchase your product. Things I feel should be understood. You're in the customer's house so always respect their home. Don't inform them you have to call your office to inform the company that the customer doesn't want to purchase their product. This is an EXTREMELY late review, but only because I have done everything in my power to have nothing to do with this company. I purchased my home back in 2016 and had a representative from “Discovery Marketing” selling rain soft equipment that came to my home to sell this water filtration system. I bought their system in August & was told I would get 5 year supply of cleaning products to offset some of the cost And have used the products as directed and I am out in only 5 months & they say that if I want more I will have to pay
