This review is for Chris, service tech with Rainsoft. We've had the system for two years, and had it 'serviced' after one year. Chris came out two days ago for the second service. I can only say, I don't know what the guy did last year, but it wasn't much. Chris pointed out two major problems (which he promptly fixed) that I know existed last year. Willie answered all our questions and did it with a smile. This is the second rainsoft unit we purchased. We love the water!!!! Great job all around.
Our Technician Daren was professional, polite and cheerful. He was our original installation tech,several years ago and relocated our Rain Soft system to our new residence. He worked tirelessly in the 90 + degree weather to relocate our system. He is a wealth of knowledge with home systems and explained with ease when I had questions. He made us feel like he really cared. Thank you Daren.

I had a Rainsoft system years ago & can't wait to get my new system. The demonstration was done very professional & Darold took the time to address my concerns. He arrived on time even with the severe storms passing through the area.
Our installation technician, Daren J., was excellent! From the moment he arrived to the time he left he was very professional and did a great job! He explained all the equipment very well to my wife and me!
