RecommendedI’ve had my system for 14 years and it became time to have my charcoal median changed. Chris was assigned to the job and I have never seen such a dedicated and knowledgeable service representative. When he arrived, he introduced himself, shook my hand with a very firm handshake, and went to work. He explained every step he preformed and why it had to be done. He always to time to answer any of my questions. Before he left he made sure the workspace was clean and all debris were cleaned up. Thanks Chris!!

RecommendedThis review is for Chris, service tech with Rainsoft. We've had the system for two years, and had it 'serviced' after one year. Chris came out two days ago for the second service. I can only say, I don't know what the guy did last year, but it wasn't much. Chris pointed out two major problems (which he promptly fixed) that I know existed last year.
