RecommendedThis review is for Chris, service tech with Rainsoft. We've had the system for two years, and had it 'serviced' after one year. Chris came out two days ago for the second service. I can only say, I don't know what the guy did last year, but it wasn't much. Chris pointed out two major problems (which he promptly fixed) that I know existed last year. RecommendedOur Technician Daren was professional, polite and cheerful. He was our original installation tech,several years ago and relocated our Rain Soft system to our new residence. He worked tirelessly in the 90 + degree weather to relocate our system. He is a wealth of knowledge with home systems and explained with ease when I had questions.
