Service call for $107.50 for the first hour. Their service rep walks in and finds the problem in less than five minutes. Than asked for a check for $107.50, seriously. When I informed him that the unit hasn't been touched by anyone since they last came out. He proceeded to basically call me a liar. After several discussions he did some busy work and again asked for payment. If I have to pay for an hours work, provide the hour. His customer service interaction needs improvement and he needs to leave his religion at the door.... read more
Our system has not functioned correctly since it was installed. And their customer service is atrocious. I would never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone.
Only put one star because it wouldn't take zero stars. Telemarketer Jennifer called misrepresenting herself as being from home depot and she was so awful on the phone that I would NEVER use this company.
Its a rip off of people's money specially when you have kids. No one returns your calls and takes forever for someone to come out. My system goes in and out with pressure to where we can't shower. They have warranty but it's useless. Not worth 6k. Something needs to be done.
In theory, the system is great. In actuality? The system does not do what it's paperwork states that it will. It does not "Save money" or "Save on water fuel bills", but it does significantly raise the electric bill. It also doesn't make "hair softer and shinier." My hair now dries crunchy every time I wash it, and the new system has stripped the color out of my hair faster than ordinary city water used to.
