RecommendedThis review is for Kenny G. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. Kenny showed me how to change out the filters to my unit do I can change them myself if needed.
I’ve had my system for 14 years and it became time to have my charcoal median changed. Chris was assigned to the job and I have never seen such a dedicated and knowledgeable service representative. When he arrived, he introduced himself, shook my hand with a very firm handshake, and went to work. He explained every step he preformed and why it had to be done. He always to time to answer any of my questions. Before he left he made sure the workspace was clean and all debris were cleaned up. Thanks Chris!!
Tom was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with no hesitation! He is very personable and professional. Although I did not get a system yet, I can see the benefits of having one, so I will be getting one!

This review is for Chris, service tech with Rainsoft. We've had the system for two years, and had it 'serviced' after one year. Chris came out two days ago for the second service. I can only say, I don't know what the guy did last year, but it wasn't much. Chris pointed out two major problems (which he promptly fixed) that I know existed last year.
