Nate Lugo was a very friendly and knowledgeable sales rep that came to our home and explained everything to my wife and I. He was great. The next day, Oleg came for the install. He, too, was amazing. We have an older home, so he worked with the exterior water line and managed to conveniently place our Rainsoft unit inside our home. And, Oleg did all his work in the pouring rain. No complaints! After three months of experience with our Rainsoft products, I finally had to break down and check on them. All I had to do was purchase one block of salt. I want to sincerely thank Daren Jones who was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and informative when he provided a water quality and treatment demonstration for my wife and I in January. First of all thank you Jack Londe for your presentation yesterday 2-15-17 We had our Unit installed today 2-16-17 by William Branch and are very pleased with the Service by both men. After he left I started cleaning. I am so impressed. I just used water and a rag to clean all our mirrors ,pictures and they sparkle. without any cleaning solutions used.
