First of all thank you Jack Londe for your presentation yesterday 2-15-17 We had our Unit installed today 2-16-17 by William Branch and are very pleased with the Service by both men. After he left I started cleaning. I am so impressed. I just used water and a rag to clean all our mirrors ,pictures and they sparkle. without any cleaning solutions used. Kenny has been servicing my Rainsoft for years. It recently quit working and Kenny was able to resolve the issue immediately. My parts were covered by the warranty. I am satisfied with my system and Kenny's professionalism.
John F came out and he was very quick and thorough. He changed my filters at no extra charge and saved me some money telling me the service should last 2 years.
