Got a text message saying I was approved and to give Adam f a call. I was at work and so I couldn't call. Well he called me and was RUDE. I told him I was at work and couldn't talk at the moment so he said well I'll go ahead and tell you I can't help you anyways. Lol. Rude. Unprofessional and waste of time. Don't hurt your credit with these people.
Alek Springer was supposed to be my loan specialist but he decided to not to call back nor email me when I refused to buy additional repair insurance he was pushing to sell. I asked him to email me loan information so I can read the terms and that didn't happen as well. They run hard credit check on you and leave you hanging. Bad business, I don't recommend them or at least the person I was dealing with.
A refund check for 2 (two) overdraft charges was sent to them instead of me, its been over 3 weeks and I have not received my check. They are keeping my money and no one is being held accountable for it.
Even though they were nice and pleasant my processing took months and communication was every where.
Got pre qualified, then they did a hard pull which drops your credit score then they tried to extend me loan for MORE MONEY! What a Joke of a Company ! RUN FAST!
Stay away from this rip off phishing scam , they semd a letter saying you ate preapproved with about a hundred dollar improvement in your monthly payment. They do a hard hit after getting all your info obly to call back next day with a ridiculous high rate they know you will day no to . Guess what , thry just obtained all your info including your social . This iscan elaborate scam , the good reviews are fake . Avoid them its a scam .
This was the worst experience of my life. I’ve been lied to and the loan specialist doesn’t listen to your request. I asked more than once for my refinance to be canceled and was lied to again. Credit Karma needs to take these people off there site.
Bad communication as you get deeper into the process. At first everything seemed easy but they keep added things for you do and if you have questions….they are impossible to get in contact with over the phone or email. My representative was out of the office constantly and would have other people contacting me wanting my social security number.
