I love their profound customer service!. They got my interest rate down from 16% to 3.6% , which was what I deserved. I would recommend using them to anyone that wants to get the best rates for their credit score.

After being turned down by almost everyone, they helped me refinance my car and got my car warranty extended. They were very helpful and the process was quick and easy, took 3 days to get everything done and my first payment is due almost 2 months later. :)

Quick Fast and stress free I was over paying for my car due to my bad credit but after 2 years of on time payments I decided to apply for arefinance. Within two weeks rate geniusnot only found a credit union with a lower interest rate but they got my payments lowered $117 per month.

Great way to refinance a vehicle.. I refinanced my truck about 10 months ago and got a great rate. I've come back to RateGenius again to refinance again to lower my payments. Very fast process.

Beats The Dealership...Every Time!. The Process was easy. Used Them to reduce my interest rate after taking a higher one to reestablish credit for a year. Went through the dealership to refi my original loan , however Rate genius offered a much lower interest rate.

Grateful for the help I am still so grateful for RG being there a 2nd time for me. Manuel Parraga's customer service was so wonderful, his sensitivity to my needs being coupled with understanding, thank you again Manuel! And Danny Sanabria, the Loan Processor just got the job done; again, thank you and all the Financial backup. I have a grandson that needs my help and by my truck being refinanced now allows me the extra money to help. -Margie
