The inspection was great. Very detailed and fair. The inspector took the time to discuss potential issues and things to bring up with the builder. This was an independent inspection for a new construction. After reviewing the report with the builder he had asked who performed the inspection. Our builder said that this was one the most comprehensive and fair reports he had seen and that they were worth the money. I would use them again and refer them to friends and family in a heart beat!

Everything was explained in great detail. The inspection was very thorough, with explanations of everything that was being looked at or noted along the way. Extremely detailed final report. I would definitely recommend REI to anyone looking for a home inspection.
