From start to finish, these guys brought their A game. Frank the inspector was polite, professional, and courteous. The email evaluation arrived in about 24 hours from completion of inspection. I appreciated the rough estimates for suggested repairs, photos, and attention to detail. Thanks guys.
Aaron was really thorough with the inspection on my new house. He caught a lot of things that I didn't and though I know that sounds like it should be a given, I've been at home inspections where I've actually had to point things out. It's not a great feeling, so I was very happy with his attention to detail. I also received a very detailed 76 page report. The company, in general, was easy to communicate with, which was is also appreciated. I've used them in the past and I will definitely hire them again if I decide to move.

Overall a pleasant experience
REI inspector Aaron H. inspected a house for me. Thank GOD for him! His extremely through inspection provided me with information vital to my families safety as well as the headache of buying a house with many many thousands of dollars of issues. I thought that the house was a beautiful house but the information revealed by the good work of REI, showed it is way overpriced and unsafe. On time and perfect review
Was a good choice
Overall, I am satisfied and that is mainly because their inspection included the EDR Neighborhood Environmental Report which my mortgage company was going to charge me an additional $250, but since I got it included with my inspection, I was able to email to my mortgage company and they waived that fee.
