Overall, I am satisfied and that is mainly because their inspection included the EDR Neighborhood Environmental Report which my mortgage company was going to charge me an additional $250, but since I got it included with my inspection, I was able to email to my mortgage company and they waived that fee. Aaron was great with answering all questions we had and did not make us feel like he was just there to do his work and get out. He was genuine in his responses and showed care with any concerns we had.
Frank was very thorough and detailed. The report was delivered the very next day.
Chris was very professional, personable with my children and did a very through inspection of the house.
I can't recommend REI highly enough. Pete did a very thorough inspection of the home, checking every system and detail, and answering every question I had. He then provided me with a detailed report within 48 hours, well organized, and included estimate ranges for repairs. I hired them for home inspection for a house Im in middle of buying. The service was excellent and very friendly. However they missed a busted pipe that I only discovered later when the outside faucet wasn't working.
