I can't recommend REI highly enough. Pete did a very thorough inspection of the home, checking every system and detail, and answering every question I had. He then provided me with a detailed report within 48 hours, well organized, and included estimate ranges for repairs. If I purchase the property, Pete's report will become a dog-eared reference for years to come. Thank you Pete and REI!
I hired them for home inspection for a house Im in middle of buying. The service was excellent and very friendly. However they missed a busted pipe that I only discovered later when the outside faucet wasn't working.
