The food and service were excellent as usual. Redeye is always at the top of our list when going to Carnegie Hall.
The food at Redeye Grill is quite good. The restaurant has a vaguely men's-club ambiance and menu, and I always enjoy dining there. But I'm always unsettled by the prices, which seem a notch higher than the experience warrants. If Redeye weren't across the street from Carnegie Hall, I'll bet that at its price point it would be less successful.
It is a lovely place with great food. The wait staff were somewhat distracted this evening but hopefully it was just a fluke.
My husband and I loved this restaurant . Our dinner was superb and the staff was very professional. When we return to NYC, we will go back for another meal there.

This is our go to restaurant for reliable, consistently good food. We are usually a group of 6-8 and they have great booths that hold us all and create a circle so everyone can talk. The miso cod is Fabulous, and so are the Brussel sprouts, but everything is very good.
Food was above average but not like it used to be. Service was distracted and often slow. Was not a crowded lunch, so service was surprising. Really like Bond 45. Maybe this location has just lost a step.
Always enjoy my time here, the food tasty and prettily served. Service is always fantastic and you can linger as long as you want. It's a perfect pre theatre location. City Centre and Carnegie Hall are just around the corner.
Love the live music. We ate our dinner and then took our drinks to the bar side and listened to Nicole for a while. What a lovely night. Pricey but worth it.
