Service and location were unbeatable for our Carnegie Hall pre-show dinner. Be aware...side dishes are large enough for table of 4 to share! Good selection of fish and meat.. not so much in the way of vegetarian selections other than dinner salads, which are quite nice.
The Tuna Tartar is the best I ever had. A must try item is you enjoy Tuna.
We loved our food. Everything the waitress suggested eg Brussel sprouts and black bean soup was delicious . Very warm and friendly staff. Love this place
This is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. Staff is very professional, food is fantastic, talented singers are in the bar area in the evenings. Great place for lunch and dinner, for both business and romantic occasions. Have a private room upstairs for special group meetings. Just an overall exceptional place.
We came here for an early dinner before a concert at Carnegie hall. We did not want to be rushed and told our waiter that. He complied with perfect understanding and our dinner, with all its courses, as a result was timed to perfection. He was a true professional which, sad to say is becoming more of a rarity these days. Absolutely loved it!! We've been gong to the Redeye for years and it only gets better! The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and the presentation is lovely and the restaurant is beautiful--a favorite place and I highly recommend it!
We had a good meal at the Red Eye Grill, but it was nothing special. The only really highlight were the brussel sprouts! Neverything else was just ok. Drinks were very expensive and again nothing special. There are lots of places in the area, so I am not sure I will return.
We went for brunch since we were staying just a few short blocks away. The food was good, the service was good too. What we really enjoyed was the menu for brunch was just right. A little breakfast choice and a little lunch choice and some creative Bloody Mary's were perfect for us. We will go back again.
We found the Red Eye to be very convenient to our hotel. The food was delicious and the service commendable. Nice spot to land after a day of traveling.
