Customer service was amazing. Very attentive and knowledge of where I was coming from, was impressivce.
We have been coming here for a few years before performances at Carnegie Hall. The staff is very gracious about inquiring if we are pre-theater and ask what time we would like to be out by. I don't eat meat, and there are so many fish selections, my choices changed 3 times by the time I finally submitted my order. Great night - Great Food - Great Service...a bit pricey but not outrageoud (it is probably average for New York City). As good as the food was, the desserts were even better - not to mention the fact that they brought out complimentary warm cookies and cotton candy for the table. Live music was a plus as well. Will definitely return.

Love REG from welcome to departure. Steaks are best on Westside. I usually share one and add salads and sides. Generous pours on the drinks. Waitstaff gets well deserved five stars. A bit loud near the bar when there is live music, though for drinks and listening great, the nearby tables are not the best for conversation.
Two hungry couples breezed into Redeye Grill for a pre-theater Saturday night meal. Surprisingly enough, the other couple had never dined at the restaurant, despite a decade living in Manhattan. We were happy to add to their palates. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well, as always. Our server minded the clock for us to make sure we made our curtain. Came here for lunch around 2:15 on a Wednesday. Not many tables sitting as it was an off hour. Staff was very pleasant and kind. Serving staff was efficient and everything came out in a timely manner. Took advantage of the prix fixe lunch menu. Great value and the food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely go back there again! Very happy wth my experience.

Lobster Cobb Salad was delicious and had the perfect dressing ratio tossed table side.
