Get directionsBeautiful room, reasonable service, if a little pushy. My friend asks lots of questions and the waiter seemed a tad annoyed. The fish with Meuniere sauce was quite good, but the Brick Chicken was fair at best.

Great location , across from the Hall.......food was excellent (chilled lobster for an app and Lobster/crab Lasagna).......portion was quite enough. Would go back
We had an early reservation prior to attending a function at Carnegie Hall and the early arrival made for a perfect setting. The restaurant was not crowded at that time, so you could enjoy the live back ground music, easy listening but not overwhelming so you could still enjoy the table conversation. The food was excellent as well as the service, a perfect start to a great evening.
There was not one vegetarian entree on the dinner menu

my sisters and i spend one week per year in nyc and have done so for 25 years our last night in town is always spent at the Redeye enjoying a great martini, succulent steak, delicious fresh oysters, and a great bottle of wine. it is a tradition we will never forego!
despite being seated 30 minutes late and having to ask to receive menus after we were at the table a while- an admitted oversight on the part of the hostess and manager- we enjoyed our dining experience at Redeye. We had theater tickets and even with an appetizer, entrees and a dessert- we just made our show. The food is quite good and inventive. They gave us complementary champagne and dessert on the house.
