Food is always tastes great. The staff is friendly and you can tell they work hard. The host greets you with a warm smile and professional manner. I enjoy this restaurant every time I go.

Last minute reservations online. Warmly greeted at the door. Super service. Made to feel welcome. Excellent menu choices that became a tough choice of many desires. Spacious seating without feeling crowded. All wait staff warm and friendly and willing to help explain options and choices.

Not knowing NYC well we decided to rely on reviews to make our dining selections. Redeye got very high marks in all areas, but our experience was a little disappointing. We loved the atmosphere and the service staff was attentive, but our entire table was disappointed with the quality of our beef. It wasn't bad or anything, but it was not great. Maybe it was just an off night, I would continue to check reviews though if you are also a stranger to NYC.

This was our first visit, and the experience was excellent in every respect. Some of the best grilled scallops we've had; affordable wines; terrific service.

Good was so delicious. The seafood platter was a "not to miss" item. We even got to see a TV star!

I only wish I could get the lobster roll from the lunch menu at dinner. The Miso Matzah Ball soup is a great idea/combination. We will be back every time we are in NYC!
