Got there at 6:00pm. Were seated right away by friendly host. Sat there for 30 mins trying to get somebody's attention to order some wine. Finally, a waiter looks at us and says do you need something. We say yes, would like to order some wine. Order two different bottles. Turns out he was not our waiter. The other waiter shows up, does not even introduce himself, bring wrong wine, etc. Now we are smoking. Manage to get the attention of the captian. We had brunch sitting by the window overlooking Carnegie Hall. It was a great view and the staff were very attentice to our needs. The bread basket was filled with wonderful muffins, coffe cakes, and rice krispie treats for a good morning treat. The portions were plentiful and well made. We would love to go back for a dinner.
Been coming here for years and the food is always great. With all the variety offered on the menu it is a great place to bring clients as they can always find something they will like.
The Redeye was such a pleasant surprise! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! The Matre' D was wonderful! The food will not disappoint you! It was excellent! We had gone there for our anniversary - they even gave us champagne to celebrate! Definitely would HIGHLY recommend!
FUN UPBEAT NY CITY SPOT. FOOD AND MENU, VERY GOOD SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE ... PRICY BUT NOT OVER THE TOP. FUN TASTY APPETIZERS AND SALAD EXCELLENT - MAIN COURSE NOT SKIMPY AND CHEESECAKE WAS DEVINE.
Both the food and service remain outstanding here. Our reservation was early, before a performance, and the wait staff asked about our schedule. Although we lost track of time because we were enjoying ourself so much, our waitress dropped the bill with a polite reminder of the hour. Saved us from being late. A nice greeting at the door and proper send off almost made us feel like a regular or family, even though it's been a long time since we were here last. We will be back much sooner!

Nice dinner, food and service were very good. Was right across from our hotel,....so very convenient
The Redeye Grill is a delightful restaurant with excellent food, and tremendous service. It is my favorite place to take out of town guests.
