Consistently provides excellent food, fresh seafood and attentive service
I had not been to the Red Eye Grill in many years. The quality of food has declines. I started with the Flying Shrimp; the shells had not been removed from the shrimp which made them difficult to eat. I had the scallops wich were much too salty. The service was excellent, however.
Whenever we travel to New York City, we always kick things off at The RedEye Grill. The ambiance is fun, the food first-rate and the staff always friendly but not in-your-face throughout. The seafood was what first drew us there, but now we've sampled many more dishes and it's all great!
Redeye Grill is one of my favorites in NYC. You lived up to your standard by providing great food and a fabulous server.

I often come here for brunch before afternoon concerts at Carnegie Hall, and am never disappointed. The food is delicious, and the staff make every effort to ensure you are having a good time.

We've been to the Red Eye Grill four times now. Whenever our theater or music venue is anywhere nearby it's our first choice. The service is excellent and the food is great. I always order the seafood paella and I'm never disappointed. My husband is more adventurous and each dish has been very good. We had a desert there for the first time and the banana creme pie was innovative and luscious. The half-bottle wine list has some good choices. It's a little pricey for us but we'll definitely be back.
