The service was quite poor.my guest enjoyed the eggs Benedict. My shopped salad was served without the hearts of palm and asparagus as described. When I finally flagged down the waiter, he argued that these ingredients were there. They were not so he brought a plate with them to add to the salad. He never checked again to verify that the salad was now as ordered. Not having the waiter check once the meal was served and again when it was lacking is terrible service. I wont return.
It took an hour to get an overcooked cheeseburger and the menu was limited. Had eaten there many times before, but will not go back based on this experience
Food was very good. Service was very inconsistent. Did not expect such bad service since I have been there before.

My friends and I used to love this place, but we were quite disappointed with the food that night. I don't know if it were an off night for the chef or not, but several of my friends ordered the jumbo lump crab cake and shrimp dish and it was extremely salty, as well as the appetizer of the calamari, very salty. Service wasn’t great - check brought before we had a chance to order coffee or dessert. Food was fine.
Unfortunately the menu was hampered by 5 items which were no longer available! A very poorly managed offering especially in NYC
Sat us near an outside door that was used too much and the cold air was not fun to experience.
Wow! How this restaurant has fallen from grace!! I always included a trip there when I visited NY. I'll not be back. We had a 2 pm reservation--and the restaurant was not crowded (no excuses). When shown to our table, I had to move the crumbs off the chair before sitting down. The service was terrible--had to ask two waiters for a serving spoon for the creamed spinach and then gave up and used our forks!
