Food was below average. Salad was wilted as if it had been sitting in a bowl in refrige for hours. Dressing had no taste. Bread was good. Steak was good ( small Sirloin), but nothing fabulous. Fries not good. Clam chowder not great. Salad not great.
Surly waiter. Asked for bread 4 times and finally got 4 pieces of white toast. Calamari was very salty and other food [burgers, etc.] tasted like they were made from frozen patties. Atmosphere very nice but drinks very overpriced and food very mediocre
Although our server was very friendly I waited 30 minutes to get the glass of wine I ordered. We did not get bread at the table until we asked for it twice and 45 minutes after we arrived. We waited an hour for our appetizer. Our food was at best mediocre. The shrimp tempura roll did not taste fresh. The lettuce in our salads was wilted. I ordered my salmon medium rare and it was served well done. No one came over to ask us how we liked our food. Very very disappointed.
Hadn't been to this restaurant in years. And after the experience I had, it will be many more years, or never, that I return. The restaurant was almost empty, it was a Monday night, and the service was TERRIBLE. Had a 7pm reservation and was through at 9:45?????? Food was mediocre at best and when paired with the exorbitant prices, its not worth your time, your money, or your tastebuds. Stay away.
Food was bad.
Awful service. We showed up at 8.30am for our breakfast reservation - this was a business meeting. The manager was the one serving us. She gave us coffee and menus and then disappeared. We finished our coffees and no one came to take our orders for food or even refill our coffee. We saw a waiter and asked him about it but he just muttered and send the manager to us again. Been there many times before staff needs refresher course on their duties
Menu has shrunk since re-opening. Portions are almost half the size of pre-fire. A significant disappointment to someone who was a regular.
Not after thre terrible service. It was like ti was hos first day. He was rude and felt bothered. One entree came out way before all the others I usallyike this place but i would not go back because I'd the service
