Awful experience Thursday evening, so disappointed because I love this place. Been dining there for 10 years. Service was horrible Thursday night. Sitting outside was wonderful, beautiful night but it took 35 minutes just for some pretzel roll bread. Our server was not pleasant at all. Must have been having a bad day. The waiter split 3 glasses of water on me, and 20 mins later he spilt a glass of champagne on me. There was a silver string in my fiancées spinach. Service is terrible.
Haven't been to Redeye in several years. What a disappointment. Saturday brunch before a show was "awful". From the inexperienced waiter to the agonizing wait for the food (which was below average at best) to the mix up in the kitchen to the ridiculous pricing - it was not pretty. Avoid this place at all cost.
They had run out of half the food items we ordered. From appetizers to entrees and even dessert. Our reservation was at 7:30pm and they were already out of food? Hmmm... We came all the way our from California and had planned on coming in to Redeye soon as it opened.
Recently reopened but not ready. There was no sushi available so decided on filet mignon. Asked for medium cooked but got well done and dry. Very disappointing. Used to come here a lot. The management and staff were not attentive and fussing around. I hope they get their act together. Don’t think I’ll be back for a while.

Restaurant was closed due to fire how many characters does it take to say that?
i cannot review this restaurant. There was a fire at the Redeye and the restaurant was closed for several days. this points out a problem. When I found out the restaurant was closed, I tried to make another OpenTable reservation. The system would not allow me to make a new res because I already had a reservation for the Redeye. Apparently the Redeye did not close all the reservations after the fire.
