I contacted the “Relax the Back” store in Fairfax; and the manager (Nick Chambler) held one chair in the store for our government staff member to pick up. Mr. Chambler, provided answers and processed our payment in a timely manner. Mr. Chambler provided excellent service and we would recommend him as a contact person. Although I previously had an zero gravity relax the back chair ,I find this on bigger with netter padding and I am trying to get adjusted to it ,having hard time pushing the back back ,delivery was fine .two nice young man ,but I think they need little training on installation
