I received very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service from the staff. The chair I ordered was delivered in the time it was promised. The service was professional and the product high quality.

Very well-mannered & knowledgeable sales person (Josh). Encouraged me to try many different ZGR chairs; pointed out the differences between each chair: settings, positions, etc. He was very attentive and able to answer all my questions. Owner Rob was able to arrange delivery within a few short days! Nice ambiance in the store; a pleasure to visit!

I continue to be touched by the kindness and caring of all the folks at Relax The Back in Walnut Creek. Over the past 20 plus years I have bought two zero gravity chairs and really cannot bare to live without them!
