Delivery and set-up were fast, problem free and courteous !
Have been so touched by Robert (who owns the store!) ...... My back chair suddenly stopped reclining and Robert came to my home to diagnose the problem. There were some parts that needed to be replaced and they were ordered, and Robert came back and got my back chair to work again. His kindness, caring, and incredible knowledge in how these chairs work was exemplary !! Encouraged me to try many different ZGR chairs; pointed out the differences between each chair: settings, positions, etc. He was very attentive and able to answer all my questions.
