aJames was really helpful when we were in the store, staying close enough for us to ask questions, but not too close. Once we purchased our chair, James was very responsive to our questions about the delivery date, even though it was somewhat longer than we'd expected. Juan, who installed the chair did a great job, until the very last step, installing the laptop table. I was not sure how to use it when he left and later, I was unable to make it work. The whole experience was good. But you do have to wait a few weeks before you get your chair. However the is no better chair than a zero gravity one if you have back issues

I have a herniated disk and came into the Walnut Creek Store to get some cushions to support my back. Robert was incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain the various options. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the products.
