James’ knowledge with the product(s) was invaluable, and his customer service is outstanding!
I purchased a chair after sitting in all of them and was in the store for nearly 2 hours. The sales person seemed to never tired of answering all my questions. He was attentive, informative, and professional. He helped me make my decision and seemed truly concerned that I receive the chair that was just right for me.
James was fabulous. He measures measured me for a new pillow which fits me perfectly. He spent time asking about my needs and showed me just the right things to help my back and neck pain. James took the time to really listen to me and make sure that the items I bought were just what I needed.
Went to RTB, Walnut Creek, to check out 2 things, some Tempur-Pedic eye covers and a lower back stretching device. We bought a couple pairs of the eye covers and I tried the back stretching device. I didn’t purchase the device because I wasn’t impressed after trying it in the store. Our sales person was patient, knowledgeable and allowed us to sit and try the chairs individually. We ended up buying an office chair and were excited for the delivery. Overall it was a great experience!
During our visit to the Walnut Creek store, James Rodriguez was very helpful and patient, answered all our questions about various Perfect Chair models, and was able to offer attractive pricing on a floor demonstrator. He also arranged very quick delivery, much appreciated.
You know your products well. I didn’t have to wait around. You took me directly to what you thought I was looking for. And I bought it. I am enjoying my chair very much.
This review is long overdue for a zero-gravity chair we bought from the Relax the Back store in Walnut Creek, CA back in Nov 2024. It was our first time entering this store, and James, the store manager, was extremely helpful sharing his knowledge about different anti-gravity chairs and which model would best fit our needs.
