I bought a z gravity recliner. And I’ve paid for it but it was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. Today is the 7 th day and I have not received conformation or a tracking number. Yet I’ve been charged and I have paid for it. I should have received the recliner by now and I’m still waiting

First, the Sacroease has deteriorated since I bought several of them, years ago! It is even heavier than before, hardly closes up for carrying, and has unnecessary, uncomfortable padding on the back and edge of seat. Second, the salesman James was surprisingly unhelpful re driving directions, not even telling me there was a free city parking garage practically next door, so that I had to walk blocks to the store carrying my old sacroease for my first visit. We hope the free parking was helpful on the return trip. We also have metered spots directly in front that are free if you have a disabled placard. We certainly don't want you having to walk! We try to make everything as convenient as we can. The flat Sacroeases close up for carrying, the wedge versions don't close as far due to the wedge. We do have other seat supports if you are looking for something more portable. The Sacroease has a customizable steel frame so it is a little heavier.

Not sure. 2 Sacroeases ordered (7-15) and fully paid for, but no word yet from store.

Excellent experience in helping us find the right chair that meets our needs. Delivery was great and very timely regarding our schedule. Would highly recommend this store. Their communication was thoughtful and made it a very easy experience for us. They understand customer delight.

Service reps at Walnut Creek location needs to improve on communication. I ordered an office chair on 11/18/24 and was told by Robert that it would be in two weeks. He would call me at the end of the week to confirm the delivery date to the store. I have not got a phone call like I was promised and I checked back with the store around the 5th of December. Robert told me there has been a delay and the chair would ship by at the end of the week. Again said would give me a call tomorrow to confirm delivery date(which nev... read more

It was top of our list once we realized there was an issue with the manufacturer (which is generally very reliable) and multiple calls were made each week, including the morning your chair arrived (when we saw the issue with the Fedex tracking) to make sure we received it that day.
