Excellent customer service! Robert was very knowledgeable about the office chair I purchased. He was also very kind and made our shopping experience very pleasant. I called the WC store and spoke with James, the manager. I ordered a lift chair from him, and it is in progress, haven't gotten it yet. But James was great! Very nice person to deal with. Thank you for asking.
