We shopped and purchased our Hale Premiere Zero Gravity Recliners and an Ultimate Executive High Back office chair from James at Relax the Back in Walnut Creek. James' explanations and patience with us was very helpful in our decision. I am tall and large, it has been difficult to find a recliner that will hold up to my weight. Robert was an exceptional salesman. He really took the time to help me find the right chair. So I purchased it and he offered to deliver it and help me set it up!!! Outstanding. Only problem… I thought it would be 2 weeks for delivery! Then I got a call from the warehouse it won’t be delivered until sometime in August. Very disappointed. Can’t wait to get it
I researched ahead of time and knew what i wanted. Salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable. I just wish the time frame to get my order was a little shorter.
