Great service from Kevin Erlich at Relax The Back, Walnut Creek. Kevin, was extremely helpful getting a replacement arm rest for a 14 year old chair that I had purchased at Relax The Back. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. I was very impressed!
Kevin and James did a great job in showing us the different chairs in their show room in Walnut Creek. They genuinely cared about finding my wife and I the best chair for our particular needs vs. their competition that was just trying to sell us anything for a commission. Kevin's nursing background is a great addition to his ability to sell these chairs and cater to each customer's needs. James is very knowledgeable as well. A registered nurse helped me. My girls love the massager because they control the pressure. There are pockets for your hands so u can pull down and apply pressure.
The salesperson was very helpful and provided choices for me to try out for my new chair cushion. It is working well and I'm very happy with it.
James was very helpful and patient. Not only did he provide thorough information to us, but also offered many health related tips.
