great advice on what I needed and delivered as promised
I can’t thank Aaron Resnik enough for his knowledge and suggestions regarding my Relax The Back purchase. My neck pain and tightness are improving on a daily basis.
Great store! Salesman Roman and then Store Manager Aaron were both easy to work with, low pressure, helpful, and very accommodating to our particular circumstance and needs. A five star customer experience AND five star quality specialized furniture, in our case a Positive Posture True Zero Gravity Recliner that exceeds expectations of comfort and back support. And I mean every word of this review!
Aching, burning sit bones were making it hard to get through the day. I sit at my desk all day and was having a very difficult time. Aaron at Pasadena Relax the Back showed me numerous options of office chairs. He was extremely informative and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. I ended up buying a Lifeform chair. Aaron took plenty of time to teach me how to operate the chair. It has been incredible! I can now work comfortably all day, and I can tell my sit bones are recovering. I’m so grateful!
Aaron was knowledgeable and helpful as well as being responsive across phone and email while we worked out details on a high end chair. I highly recommend the Pasadena location.

I needed to get a cushion that I could use on a dining room chair so I could do computer work at my dining room table. Aaron was wonderfully helpful and patient. He showed me all my options and I found one that I liked, but I wanted to try it on the actual chair. I brought in the chair a few days later and it seemed to be a good fit. Aaron showed me how I could also use it in my car if I ever needed it for a long trip. I tried it for about 5 days, but unfortunately, it didn't seem to be a good fit when I used it at the table... read more
The team really knows its stuff, from sales to delivery. We had planned to stop by before delivery to have the controls set, but traffic and other commitments got in the way. But the person working that day (June 12, if I remember correctly) made a video for me showing me how to adjust all of the settings. Major kudos!! The chair was delivered the next day, and I had no trouble with the settings.
