Aaron at the Pasadena store is the best! My husband and I met with him at the store in January and at that time ordered 1 chair for me, my husband was also looking for a new chair and Aaron helped him to find just the right fit for his needs. We did not order it at that time. When my chair delivery was getting close, I called Aaron to see if he could add my husband's chair to the delivery as well. We came in looking for a Tempur-pedic mattress and were provided excellent attention and service by Aaron from the Pasadena location. Aaron was extremely helpful annd took the time to learn about us our current situation and need for a new mattress. He seemed genuinely interested in our best outcome and was knowledgeable but not pushy. We received a call that we could get delivery ahead of schedule and are now we’re so happy that we made this game changing decision.

I was in need of a repair on my chair I had purchased many years earlier. Aaron, from the Pasadena store, was extremely helpful in facilitating the repair process. Also, the two guys who came to my house to make the repair were fantastic.

Aaron was very polite and professional. The gentlemen whodelivered my bed called to let me know when they would arrive. They came to set up the bed. We had some trouble at first trying to make sure that the bed worked properly. They stayed as long as they could to make sue that it was working properly. I want to thank them for their patience and their willingness to make sue it worked.
I highly recommend the Pasadena Relax the Back. Earlier I left a rating of 3 because I thought the heat function was not working on my new chair. I was wrong!! It was my error because I was not using the function correctly.. Erin called and patiently talked me through the remote settings to turn on the heat. I love these guys. They are so service oriented and patient. I have purchased a bed and a chair and love them both.
