Aaron was so helpful. He helped me find just the right accessories to help me get more comfortable sitting in my office chair and taking the stress off my back and hip in bed. I have told my friends what a great place Relax the Back is!
I needed to get a cushion that I could use on a dining room chair so I could do computer work at my dining room table. Aaron was wonderfully helpful and patient. He showed me all my options and I found one that I liked, but I wanted to try it on the actual chair. I brought in the chair a few days later and it seemed to be a good fit. Aaron showed me how I could also use it in my car if I ever needed it for a long trip. I tried it for about 5 days, but unfortunately, it didn't seem to be a good fit when I used it at the table... read more
The team really knows its stuff, from sales to delivery. We had planned to stop by before delivery to have the controls set, but traffic and other commitments got in the way. But the person working that day (June 12, if I remember correctly) made a video for me showing me how to adjust all of the settings. Major kudos!! The chair was delivered the next day, and I had no trouble with the settings.

Easy to access testing out options in store. Aaron was so helpful, training us on the controls and describing and demonstrating features. Delivery was timely and helpful; the workers were careful and competent, and quick. And we love our Hale chair!
