We replaced a chair we bought here 20+ years ago--so pleased with the quality and durability of the first one that we came back. Roman, the salesperson in the Pasadena office, was very knowledgeable and able to identify which chair matched our needs. Ordering and delivery was a very efficient and smooth process. Thank you.
Easy to access testing out options in store. Aaron was so helpful, training us on the controls and describing and demonstrating features. Delivery was timely and helpful; the workers were careful and competent, and quick. And we love our Hale chair!

Aaron at the Pasadena store is the best! My husband and I met with him at the store in January and at that time ordered 1 chair for me, my husband was also looking for a new chair and Aaron helped him to find just the right fit for his needs. We did not order it at that time. When my chair delivery was getting close, I called Aaron to see if he could add my husband's chair to the delivery as well. I highly recommend the Pasadena Relax the Back. Earlier I left a rating of 3 because I thought the heat function was not working on my new chair. I was wrong!! It was my error because I was not using the function correctly.. Erin called and patiently talked me through the remote settings to turn on the heat. I love these guys. They are so service oriented and patient. I have purchased a bed and a chair and love them both.
