All option avaliable were explained well. Fell in love with the chairs as soon as we sat in them. SOLD
I have the BEST chair! And the sales staff was so helpful in getting it to me, since I live a few hours away from the nearest Relax the Back store. They were quick to respond to emails and made the experience as comfortable as my new chair!

Very professional and accomodating
Excellent customer service! It was a very difficult and lengthy process because of my special needs. The zero gravity recliner that I purchased in 2015 died suddenly (motor issue) in the late afternoon of June 27th. I have mobility issues and chronic pain and it is the ONLY piece of furniture that I am comfortable in. I didn't have the time or energy to attempt to have it repaired. Returned to buy a chair for my son. Pam is great. Years before, i had purchased a chair that developed an issue. It was long out of warranty and but they fixed it for me for free anyway. Old school customer appreciation!

I went in for a new office chair and ended up with a Zero Gravity Chair, due to Aaron's recommendation. I absolutley love it and my back feels great. I cannot say enough about how helpful Aaron was. He worked to make the delivery as quick as possible and managed some snags that occurred. He is a keeper and needs to be recognition. Thank you Aaron.
