I bought my office chair at relax the back in Walnut Creek. Josh was so awesome to work with. He sat me on every single chair in the store until I found something that worked. I love the chair. It’s so comfortable and his help was so necessary. I would not have been able to buy the chair without his help.

Sales person Robert Walker is very experienced. Though he is usually at Walnut Creek store. Robert knows the products well, when I told him a list of what I was looking for. I am going to be 75 years old. I have frozen left shoulder, chronic low back pain, hip arthritis, and difficulty getting up from low chairs. I was an executive who lived on her chair working away. The gentleman who helped me and my friend, was extremely helpful. He explained the different chairs and the different features. It certainly helped us make an informed decision to buy a recliner.
Easy to pick the items for the chair I wanted. Cody and Hugo walked me through it easily. Chair was delivered in the quoted timeframe. Only glitch was that a set of screws needed to assemble the chair were missing from the factory delivery. I contacted Cody and he had replacement parts at the store and drove them down and put the chair together within an hour. So all good!

Hugo was awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient. Great selection in the store and never felt rushed to make a decision. Bonus was the fully body massage chair experience. Not the one I bought, but maybe I'll be back for it someday!
