Easy to pick the items for the chair I wanted. Cody and Hugo walked me through it easily. Chair was delivered in the quoted timeframe. Only glitch was that a set of screws needed to assemble the chair were missing from the factory delivery. I contacted Cody and he had replacement parts at the store and drove them down and put the chair together within an hour. So all good!

Hugo was awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient. Great selection in the store and never felt rushed to make a decision. Bonus was the fully body massage chair experience. Not the one I bought, but maybe I'll be back for it someday!
Cody helped me order the air pump for my Gravis Zero Gravity Chair and I was able to install the pump and get my chair to function fully. Thx

Hugo was super helpful, and he actually went all out to dissemble the floor model of the inverter teeter, so I could fit it into my car. Very impressive.
