I’m in my 80’s & am more confident talking to a good person than trusting the web. I visited 3 stores, tried several brands & types of chairs. Cody’s knowledge & attitude of customer satisfaction for unique needs instead of sales spiel & dismissal if not a quick sale made the difference for me. I like my purchase & have recommended friends visit.

We were looking for a new mattress. Service was excellent. Hugo never rushed us, recommended us to tryout different mattress while he pointed out the pros and cons of each mattress. All questions answered to our satisfaction.

Cody delivered my chair at the appointed time. He carried it in so not to scratch the hardwood floor. He gave me instructions on how to operate the chair. Very helpful.
