Hugo was knowledgeable on all of his chairs and we ended up buying the newest Laevo ZG (Zero Gravity) Chair with Lift Assist for mother. We were flying down to be there for delivery, so we requested a specific day for the white glove install and delivery. There were a few communication glitches but Hugo made sure it happened. He got a team together and they were very caring and thorough just as Hugo was. We will be back to Relax the Back in Menlo Park. Thank you Hugo for everything. Mother loves her new chair!

We purchased the Laevo Zero Gravity Chair with Lift Assist and are extremely pleased with the chair. My husband is 90 years old, and it has all the features to make him comfortable. Cody our salesperson, was AMAZING. We needed the chair the same day as my husband was being discharged from the hospital. He set up the delivery to Half Moon Bay from Menlo Park the same day! Cody personally delivered the backup battery the following day. Wonderful customer service. We are very happy with the service and the chair.
