Hugo was great. He was very knowledgeable, showed me all the various options, pros and cons of each share. We discussed the specific situation I needed the chair for. He then helped me even bring the floor model into my car so I could take it home right away as I was in urgent need. I definitely recommend coming here. Couldn't have asked for a better experience (or chair :) ) .

My experience was great! Cody was my salesman and very professional. My chair is comfortable and while it doesn't heal my back issues. it relieves it and lets me relax. It's my go-to chair. Never occurred to me I would spend so much for a chair but worth the money.

My XChair, purchased at Relax the Back, began giving me that sinking feeling. Yep the dreaded piston failure! Although Relax the Back doesn’t sell those chairs, they filed a warranty claim for me! I could have done it myself, but they wanted to assist! That’s customer service - PLATINUM LEVEL!
