This was the best experience for getting an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated a clean waiting room with snacks and clean bathrooms.

I was very fortunate to have Jorden Horner as my service advisor. My Tuscon was due its 100,00 service which has some critical maintenance requirements. We reviewed them and agreed on what I wanted to accomplish. She had a couple of recommendations which I also agreed with. She kept me informed of the progress throughout the day up to the car being ready for pickup. Not only was it serviced to my satisfaction but the car was freshly washed. Personnel is friendly and professional. Sooooo many upselling for this service and that service. Exhausting! After 1/12 hours, I get home and no wiper fluid refill. That is basic service 101. Immediately checking oil levels to make sure I actually got oil.
