I was surprised to be told I needed new tires this winter when I had recently purchased tires and they had less than15,000 miles on them. I question things that are recommended especially when I know they have recently been done.

The salesperson, Austin, was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no high-pressure sales (to be fair, before he had a chance to really talk to me much, I said that I was not interested in any "this has to be done today" type of pressure). After I gave my criteria, he showed me three vehicles. I test drove each one and settled on the 2023 Subaru Forester. They quickly ran my credit check and financing was painless. I would highly recommend Austin.

The tech miscommunicated a potential service charge on a new car, but the head technician clarified what he meant to say. Other than that, the service went fine. That said, my cruise control still does not hold the speed very well going down on steep hills.
