They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They even honored an expired $25 coupon that they sent me in July but my oil change wasn't due until Oct. it takes me almost 2 hours to drive to the dealership so I don't get service until I need it.

very helpful and friendly and did a great job. They forgot to reconnect the proximity unlock on the drivers door, so the key bob did not unlock as you approached. I called them and they happily took the car and repaired the problem without a hassle. It was all just like new when they were done.

Always very friendly and helpful. Service itself takes a little while, but never ridiculously long and with coffee/snacks provided it is a comfortable wait.

Reliable Subaru in Springfield is great. Made my appointment by phone. Arrived early on day of service; was welcomed into the check-in bay. Had several maintenance items to due. Oil change; transmission flush fill, tires rotated, balanced, alignment, etc. it was time for big items to be done.
