(Writing this for a non Facebook friend.). My friend went in last Friday afternoon to test out your 2015 Veloster. His experience was obviously beyond what even he expected. The staff was friendly and courteous. His salesman was honest and knowledgeable. They were able to get him into the car he wanted quickly, and with no hassle. As first time buyers, Caleb Schlak made the process really easy. We didn't have to walk the lot looking. We told him what we wanted and our budget and he found the car that is perfect for our family. His test drive route is perfect to see if the car is a good fit. He is also funny. And thanks for the coke! We got the car a few days ago and love it! Thanks for your help! Drove in to take a gander at the selections of vehicles, after being disappointed with bad news and bad customer services else where. We were happily confronted by Tom, one of the sales reps. We told him our price ranges and what we were wanting/needing model wise, like an SUV. Tom matched my wife and I with the best vehicle choice for us on the lot. I honestly couldn't be more pleased or satisfied with my purchase from reliable Subaru dealership!
