Service was fine, but the inspection report I received afterward stated my car needed an alignment. Two days later at another shop, I was told the alignment was fine, with absolutely no need for the service. This has occurred multiple times with this dealership, which is why I rarely have services performed there.

It was discovered by Reliable Subaru Imports that the repair of our car done in Sept. 2025 with the generic control arm part [right front] was done improperly by Reliable Chevy, so we were very pleased they repaired it at no charge to us and now our car runs quietly again. I will say yes to the below question but add that if it had been done right in the first place .....
