The service rep was excellent, he explained everything that the 30k check involved and the time it would take. The one thing that I asked to be done was to check out the sun roof. That never happened.

Once on site, the service representative was very polite, kept me updated on the service progress, and even sent a short video clip of the technicians point-inspection with recommended services. I trust Reliable Subaru for our vehicles maintenance and will continue to use their services.

Only got an oil change and all was fine. Service was good and was within an hour. Expensive just for oil --no filters or anything and over $100.
