Brandon did a great job keeping me updated on my vehicle and was always very courteous. My vehicle was in the shop for over eight weeks, and when I finally got my vehicle back, I found that the issue I originally took my vehicle in for was not fixed. The issue was eventually taken care of, but by this time I was very frustrated with the time it took. Adrian was very nice but the whole interaction appeared very transactional after the fact. There was no follow up. Expected at additional information within a week after purchase which was never received. . Didn’t feel good about the purchase after the fact. We are a 5 vehicle household and will be purchasing vehicles elsewhere in the future.
