They were very accommodating and I received very good deal on my Frontier. Service after the sale was good.
Had a car in mind, drove three hours to get there. Was a decent experience.
Oil changes do not take 4 hrs, found my vehicle in the street parked. Service guy said about an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment if the service guys just take in vehicles in the fast lane while I set an appointment. Plus the tech who serviced my truck didn’t tighten the drain bolt all the way, I had oil leaking. Not professional

Not very pleased with the service team at reliable Nissan right now. We recently purchased a vehicle about a month ago. Sales process went great, we also purchased the extended warranty plan through reliable Nissan. Now there’s a problem that occurred with electronics front screen but no one seems to want to help at Nissan service. I called twice and even recorded videos of the issue but they said nothing they can do unless it occurs during the time I dropped off the vehicle. Long delays in processing paperwork especially in financial department, I spend 8 hrs, waiting, showed up at 10:00 am for appointment and did leave til 6:00 pm
They have Great communication and kind service representatives. Relaxed atmosphere and good prices with a plan for future maintenance.
Received excellent service and associates had excellent customer services. Will come back again for service.
