AJ, Sammy, Gabe the managers lied about fixing our vehicle on damage that occurred at lot before purchasing vehicle. Now they won’t fix our vehicle fender paint doesn’t match. Very misleading

I hate this dealership I wish I would have never ever stepped foot into this place I regret it with every breath of my being. From the first day I bought my car problems, fraud and nothing being done about it. This time I went into dealer for tire rotation and oil change tires were never rotated I just have lost all faith in Nissan from a purchase to the simplest task of vehicle maintenance I’m so disappointed in the management in this place it pathetic

Poor communication. I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I asked several times for an invoice & was not provided one at the end. I also asked for an oil change which was never done. I have brought my vehicle in so many times in the past year & it wasn’t resolved till some parts stopped working. I feel these things could have been avoided. Destiny and Josh were great to work with. All of the managers that came by were very pushy and fake. I think the manager that came in to try to sell us an extended warranty was high, he had seriously bloodshot eyes and an attitude. (Not the finance guy, but the one that came in after we initially said no.)

We knew we wanted a 2025 leaf S and we are very grateful that reliable Nissan was willing to get one for us as there were none in Albuquerque. We signed an agreement and paid for a specific VIN and were told it would be delivered within a week or two. Five days later we got a call saying the car we bought was sold to someone else after we bought it and we would need to take a different color. Salesman was great, car is great, but once you sign your papers forget about it. Forget about you. My wife and i's first buying experience was bad, the second was better, at first. Our first time they rushed us around, limited our choices, and pushed us into a car that looked and seemed great but very shortly started having issues, the very next day in fact. Oil changes do not take 4 hrs, found my vehicle in the street parked. Service guy said about an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment if the service guys just take in vehicles in the fast lane while I set an appointment. Plus the tech who serviced my truck didn’t tighten the drain bolt all the way, I had oil leaking. Not professional

Not very pleased with the service team at reliable Nissan right now. We recently purchased a vehicle about a month ago. Sales process went great, we also purchased the extended warranty plan through reliable Nissan. Now there’s a problem that occurred with electronics front screen but no one seems to want to help at Nissan service.
