Brandon was rude and unprofessional. He argued with me and became combative when I was upset that my car wasn’t looked at after 6 hours of being at your shop. I was called and told you’ll wanted to keep it for the entire weekend. He told me the diagnostic could be done that day when I asked how long it would take.

Horrible place for service! !! Do not recommend this place!! I took my truck in for service. They do not have the equipment to do alignments, they take it to Chevy dealer next door.there some shakiness in the front.. Not sure if it’s needed an alignment. My steering wheel was fine. When I left my steering was off, clearly off. Slanted at least 1/4 turn off center!! I turned around right away. Took it back. Too many extra and questionable services being pushed on customers in a very high pressured manner, even with implicit threats of imminent automobile failure.

Good experience, way over priced. I was quoted a tune up for my vehicle that was $300 more than another local mechanic. I only came to the dealership because I thought the issue was something only they could fix which was not the case in the end.

The dealership labor rates are ridiculous. I would of hax them do work on my vehicle but i could get the same work done for half
Trash i brought my truck in and they didn't even fix it. My windshield also now as a chip in the middle so thanks for that. Took it in and it came back worse
Words don’t deceive wat I been thru I’ve had Nissan kicks 2025 since April and only lil over 2,000 miles on it and engine went out no warning nothing…Nissan promise me rental dat day didn’t happen been 2 in half weeks still don’t have my car and they don’t know what happened…luckily I’m under warranty see didn’t have pay rental or towing but making car payments on my car and insurance still
